It feels like just yesterday when Lisa came to us visibly upset and frustrated with herself and her weight issue. This is the heaviest I have ever been, Ive tried everything and nothing seems to work for me Are you sure 02 Fuel is for me, I heard it was scary Lisa had a lot of concerns, which most people do.. I could see the frustration and sadness on Lisas face. It was obvious that she was in a bad place with her self esteem and it directly affected everyone around her. Like most of us, we try to disguise the pain and the hurt. We try to put up a front and try to convince everyone that we are good. Meanwhile, further falling into depression and turning towards bad food choices for comfort. Its a battle we see everyday and Im sure a lot of people out there can relate to this. However, on this day Lisa had enough and was ready to do something about it. You see, we all have fears of failure and regret and at times we beat ourselves up over it. But the great thing is, it doesnt always have to be like that. It takes 1 day to make the change that could dramatically change the rest of your life! Fast forward a few weeks later and the once sad and frustrated person that walked through those doors had disappeared! Lisa was transformed both physically and emotionally! With an INCREDIBLE 70 lb weight loss. The person you see in the after picture is a confident, proud and happy person who took control of her life and is now living the life she had always wanted. Lisa has chosen to continue with us, setting new goals and with her newly found confidence is ready to take on any new challenge head on! You see, 02 Fuel is not just a training program. Its a life changing journey and self discovery that allows you to let go of all your deeply imbedded fears and insecurities we all face. Those fears and insecurities are replaced with pride and a real sense of accomplishment which allows you to have e a new lease on life.
