It feels weird to be on this side of things, but I have to say I am deeply skeptical of the Honey Maid Love campaign that is everywhere in my newsfeed right now. It seems utterly calculated. Like, Lets create an ad that will deliberately poke the trolls, then we will make a super happy artsy liberal utopia response to said trolls that will go viral and get us tons of free exposure. Which isnt to say I have any problem with it except that I feel like it cheapens the values that I hold dear and makes my community look not so different than a riled up bunch of Beliebers.
