It has become necessary for IAW to make a statement via this page. not by choice as we have always kept this group page solely to info and support for the charity and the animals. This statement was drafted and approved by TC Hulya Atay acting patron of Icmeler Animal Welfare It appears that rumors and gossip it being spread by certain people which are not only lies but slander !! the charities lawyer has confirmed this is what it is. I am being accused of writing a letter of complaint to the Zabita regarding fund raising in Icmeler . It has been said that this letter written and signed by me was shown or has been shown by the Zabita. which is impossible as I have never written and letter to anyone about anything. Hulya Atay .on my behalf has spoke to the Chief Zabita if Marmaris/Icmeler and he confirmed that this is not true. and he is looking into this issue as there is no letter written by me ,also it is not policy for The Zabita to show letters or documents of any kind to anyone . This post will be read by Hulya and she will confirm all that has been said. I personally dont care what people say about me ( sticks and stones ) etc I can stand up for myself and I am not hard to find if anyone wants to say something to my face instead of spreading lies and gossip, There is no way that I will stand by and watch anyone slander . talk about or bring Semin Biters Hulya Atay good names and reputation into question !! and the name and good work of Icmeler Animal Welfare. This is an open group so I know that this post will quickly be spread by all the keyboard warriors so we will wait and see what response this post has, I will personally be waiting for a public apology from those who have been spreading lies about me and Semin, If this does not happen we have the option through our lawyer to take this matter further . We apologize to all our members who have been so supportive and with out doubt made all we do possible that this post was necessary, I am sure you all understand that it was .
