It has been a challenging week…and the law of averages hints that I am not alone. LOL. So today, let’s pray. Lord, thank you for another day! Thank you for health and strength, your strength. Some days quitting feels like a good option, but Lord give me your wisdom. In all that I face and deal with, help me to see you in a new and a different way. The way forward from here, is not in me, alone, but in faith in what you can do in and through me. How you can give me peace, that is where my trust is… I pray that in some way – small or great – you would help my mind to remember the ways you have kept me and provided for me over the years. Let my heart draw strength from the promises you have already allowed me to see fulfilled. And Lord as I reflect on those times, grant me wisdom to move forward with your joy, truly in my heart. Not in denial of how I feel or where my mind is, but in pure joy that only comes from knowing you. Lord, if nothing else changes – change me. That I may stay in fellowship with you.
