It has been a while since I posted on some of the public servants I had to deal with. The other day when I was at the guard desk doing lunch relief for the current guard. The computer timed out so when a public service officer came in for a staff member. I asked her to press 8 for the switched board and ask for the staff she was after by name and the switch board will direct her to that particular staff member. She does something and then slams the reciever down and comes to me in a huff. She said she could not get through to switch. It was not until I found out that she was pressing 8.4. for the switch board.
