It has been a year of refugees, misery in the middle east, civilian casualties, mass executions , beheadings, air liners disappearing or even shot down. Government austerity measures and water charges are not well received by the electorate…. We really all need some good news to keep our spirits up. Must be some good news , are we allowed to say the economy is recovering ever so slightly? unemployment is decreasing? The growth forecast is trending upwards,,, We had a great Summer , or do we need to go over the negatives again?
