It has been interesting. I have been watching a company re-define themselves. I always study excellence, and you can find it anywhere if you just remember to look. So as I study this particular company...I am fascinated by the developments. Not just from the company itself but from the leaders in the company. Challenges only arise when there is a perceived difference between where someone is and where they want to be. Or in this case when EXPECTATIONS are not met. Meaning someone is in a certain place with certain things happening and they expected to be in a different place with certain things happening. Watching the level of communication from the corporation to their leaders. And then from their leaders to their teams. It is interesting as to how the information is being communicated. But what is even more interesting is what is NOT being communicated. YOU CAN NOT NOT COMMUNICATE. Scarcity mindset spreads like a virus. And when people get together to gossip it fans the flames. This is where a LEADER needs to step in. Even if they dont have the answers. Standing tall, being present, being seen is all some people need. Doubt creates more doubt. Negativity creates more negativity. Questions create more...well you get the idea. It will be interesting to watch as this continues to happen, to ultimately see the effect it has on the company and its growth. As all MOMENTUM came to a screeching halt. And so far the answers are several DAYS away. Well in business...that could be a lifetime. What is my point? Every company has challenges, every company has opportunities, the difference between companies who make it from the Good to Great...leadership. And what the leaders choose to do when faced with adversity. At this point, these leaders are no where to be found. I am sure they are working hard behind the scenes...but PRESENCE is required. Do you want to be WEALTHY, ABUNDANT, and PROSPEROUS? Your PRESENCE is required!
