It has been scientifically proven for decades that eating a low fat diet is NOT healthy, however many people still think that low fat is the right choice. Its NOT! We live in a fat-phobic, fat-deficient world and this is what is making people get fat! Eating fat does not make a person get fat. The consumption of excessive simple carbohydrates are what make people get fat (...and cranky and bloated and tired and plagued with acne and other skin disorders)!
