It has been written that Patience is a virtue, yet so many of us struggle to maintain this wonderful attribute. Patience is the capacity to deal with delay, trouble or suffering without getting angry or upset. The reason that impatience is such a wide spread and debilitating problem these days is because we have forgotten how to let go of our physical expectations of the cosmic force that we are all apart of. When we become impatient because someone is making us wait or some circumstance is possibly making us late, it is our self centered ego that makes us believe that everybody elses time table should revolve around ours. That our time is far more valuable then theirs. And when it is the actions or personality of another person who is possibly wearing away our patience, we are openly admitting that this person has no right to be who they are. That they should conform and transform themselves into what we deem to be acceptable. It is my opinion that the key to remaining calm, cool and collective when things start to make you impatient is understanding and acceptance. Try putting yourself in the shoes of whoever is causing you to wait, possibly they had some problems along the way. It has happen to us all. And maybe the next time you are dealing with a difficult person, try and show them some empathy and concern. We all have our battles that we are fighting. Maybe some compassion and an understanding smile is just what they need to turn their day around. And my final word of advice, stop living your life answering to the hands on a clock. Time is irrelevant, nothing else in nature exist on a time table, things happen when they are meant to and not a moment sooner. So stay patient my friends. They day may come when you will need some one to be patient with you. Blessings and Love to you all.~ GURU BUBBA McLOVIN
