It is CRITICAL that you know on the front end what Plexus can do, and what it cannot do. There are two components to health and weight loss. There is the physiological component and the behavioral component. Plexus helps with the first one. It will help regulate your blood sugar, lipid levels, cholesterol and gut health...among other things. It will rebalance your inside. By doing this...the physiological cues that affect weight gain are eliminated thus making it easier to make good choices because your BODY will most likely not have those same cravings. What Plexus cannot do is fix the behavioral component. Through time, we all establish habits. These habits form MIND cravings. So for example, Fridays....cheat meal. Bad day....brownie. Road trip....snack. These cravings arent like physiological cravings because your body is not telling you that you NEED these things, your mind is telling you that you DESERVE these things. Understanding the difference between these cravings is key to your success. Get a plan in place to attack the behavioral habits, and REMEMBER....it takes 21 days to break a habit.
