Its pop cultures fault for leading you to believe that you should trust them) The goat symbolizes ARIES, the zodiac symbol of WILL. Making any change in this world is based on your WILL. The pentacle on its head symbolizes the five elements, a very transcendent spiritual symbol. The fact that is has tits symbolizes the balance in the universe between the two poles (male and female, yin and yang, electric and magnetic). The caduceus symbolizes spiritual enlightening via balancing yourself in respect to male and female, yin and yang, advancement and contraction, etc. The sign it is making with its two fingers symbolizes WILL, once again. This is how ancient energetic practitioners used to direct their spiritual essence in order to heal and such things as that. There are many more things to this symbol, but hopefully this will be enough to help you understand that THE GOAT, THE PENTAGRAM, ETC.
