It is January 5th and TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE! Join us this week to work toward a healthier, slimmer, happier YOU! Join me on Tuesday January 5th or Wednesday January 6th for our next two Hot Mamas 14 week weight loss sessions. Only $63 for 14 weeks - that is the LEAST expensive weight loss program around! Lose the weight through ACCOUNTABILITY (weekly weigh ins), SUPPORT (private group Facebook page to share struggles, recipes, tips), and COMPETITION (if after 14 weeks you are the woman with the largest percentage of weight lost you win the cash prize.). Our last winner lost 38.4 pounds and took home $355! DETAILS: The Tuesday group (facilitated by Laurel and Sarah) Kick Off Meeting is on January 6th 6:30pm at the Sanford YMCA. Weekly weigh ins will be on Tuesdays from 6:30-6:45, or you can choose the at home weigh in option where you send the Facilitator your weight via picture on scale each week (certain rules apply to this option). The Wednesday group (facilitated by Lisa) Kick Off meeting is scheduled for January 7th at 6:00pm at the YMCA. Weigh Ins are at the Y on Wednesday evenings at 5:45pm or you may choose the at home weigh in option. You are more than welcome to attend one of the Kick Off meetings this week to find out more about Hot Mamas, and you are under no obligation to join. Please let us know if you plan not to attend the Kick Off meeting for any reason but wish to be a part of the group, either doing in-person weekly weigh in’s or taking advantage of our at-home weigh in option. MORE about the AT HOME WEIGH IN OPTION: this is an exciting option for members wanting to participate from outside this area, and for locals who cannot make it to the regularly scheduled weigh ins. Here are the rules about at home weigh ins. - we must have full registration payment within the first week of the program sent to: Hot Mamas Weightloss Club, PO Box 273, Springvale, ME. 04083 - we must receive before pictures (front and side full body) in the first week of the program. These can be selfies in a mirror. - every week on weigh in day you must take a clear picture of your feet on the scale to send to your facilitator (either by FB message or text) - all at home weigh ins must send your weight picture to your facilitator at some point on weigh in day by 7pm! If sent after 7pm it will be considered a missed weigh in and you will owe $5 for a missed weigh in. - you must weigh in on the same scale each week. - you can send a private FB message or a text each week to your Facilitator to report your weight. - on the final week of the session you must send your weigh in picture and your after full body pictures to the Facilitator before the in person weigh in starts that evening (it may be prior to 7pm). - if one of our at home weigh in members is the WINNER of the session then we will mail the winning check to that person within a week.
