It is a once in a lifetime adventurous experience. The climb down is fascinating but not recommended for the faint of heart or those with a fear of heights. It consisted of rock stairs, including steep stairwells through two cave tunnels. You end up at the top of a steep rock wall... (where Im looking out)... with chains which descend to three wooden ladders. You are instantly cooled off from the mist of Mooney Falls as you near the bottom, which in turn makes the rock and ladders very slippery for the rest the descent. After you reach the bottom... looking back up at the wall and seeing what you just accomplished is amazing. Not even to mention how worth it was to walk around down there in the turquoise water exploring and taking photos all day. #tripofalifetime
