It is all about getting people to look and feel better and experience having a much better quality of life! It is missing out of your life when you are overweight whether you want to admit it or not. Im going to call you fat because in reality, that is what it really IS! You know it! I know it and your doctor knows it too! It is not being mean, it is being stuck with a hurtful truth you never want to face but deep inside you know you really need to. Your quality of life has depleted a great deal! It is not hard to witness at all. Struggling to breathe, being able to walk at an up beat pace, getting out the bed heavy and slow because your stomach hangs weighing you down, are all factors that your better quality of life is absent and has been for quite some time now. The door for change to do something better than what you are doing now is always open. You just have to get off your big tail and walk through the door. Nobody is stopping you but YOU and a host of overweight friends or family members who assist you in stopping you because their quality of life is equivalent to yours. BE BETTER!
