It is almost impossible to see a doctor in Chester but yesterday, I did see a diagnostic nurse followed by a practice nurse. They have made another appointment next Wednesday for a Doppler test and if my veins are good they will apply a compression bandage. I googled compression bandages and by what I can make out, they are used on leg ulcers, predominantly affecting older people. Yes, well I have to say that I feel that Ive aged 30 years in the past 5 weeks! The ongoing saga of this leg continues!
