It is amazing how just 15 minutes after I took this picture this morning the sun appeared to be in a higher position in the sky while I was forced to assume a lower position. Mans study of this cycle has revealed that it is actually the earths spinning on its axis as it rotates around the sun that makes the sun appear this way. The suns position has not changed. We have moved into a lower position by virtue of living in the natural suns light until sunset. Bigger picture...if we keep looking up and living toward the light provided by the Son (of God; Jesus, the light of the world), Gods divine orchestration of everything in our orbit (everything close to us and in us) will move us into a different position in relationship to the Son, whose position will never change (Malachi 3:6), even at sunset. Unlike the natural relationship we have with the sun that consistently moves us lower when it appears, the Son of God consistently moves us higher the moment it appears (if we embrace this supernatural Sonlight).
