It is apparent that someone hasnt a clue whats really going on here. What the maker of this video has failed to cover folks, is the fact that there are a bunch of criminals stacking fat assets, and that is why the prison system is what it is, and will remain and persist. Just another of the many pits of corporate corruption and greed. And whos behind it? Well, first in line would be the fat cat lairyers sworn to the crown owned Barristers club thats who. All for the benefit of a criminal racketeering operation, the monopoly, that runs the unlawful legal system that was created to administrate the bankruptcy of the foreign owned UNITED STATES INC., declared by the lairyer FDR in 1933. To say that the policy makers are now viewing the prison system by and large as a mistake that they wish to correct is patently absurd and ridiculous at best. With 90% plus of the supposed elected officials at all levels of the de facto government being sworn members of the BAR, (British Accredited Registry) hes got to be kidding me if he thinks for one second that these policy makers are ever going to do anything that would reduce the value of their retirement and other investment portfolios. NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN! Sadly, it sounds to me like the purveyor of this of this video has endeavored to do little more than spread the same propaganda about this subject as we hear puked out by the lying lipped mouthpieces in the lamestream media. Oh ya, they cry the blues to the people over the air waves about the overwhelming costs of housing prisoners, touting claims of 50-90 thousand a year per inmate. This is complete garbage. PERIOD! However, we can know for sure that this is what is being charged back to the public coffers. But anyone who believes this is actually what is being spent on prisoner up keep would have to be delusional. Try MAYBE, and I mean maybe 5% of that amount. The rest of those assets are funneled away into the pockets of rich fat cat laiyers and investment stock holders who marvel at this grand racketeering scheme, and laugh at the rest of us whos monopoly money, (blood, sweat, and tears) is stolen thru fraudulent and unconstitutional taxation who get to pay for it. Imagine that, the assets we could use to invest in out future goes directly to pay for the futures of the fat cats. Nothing new really, this is but one of their grand schemes for the transfer of wealth taking place. So Im hoping that anyone who takes the time to read this, who didnt already know this, has started to get a view of the real picture about this issue, the truth, not propaganda. And after all of this, it has occurred to me that I myself have just scratched the surface with regard to the depth of this rabbit hole. Theres also the matter of the Cestui que via trust that Ive not even yet touched upon. The straw man accounts that are created by the birth certificate fraud. Accounts that were created as part of a remedy for having had all of our real money stolen from us under the bankruptcy in 1933. HJR 192 created the remedy as a means for the setting off/ or payment of individual debts, that is, since there is no real money left to pay them with. Heres where the fat cats do a double dip on the rest of us. A bond is created for each prisoner, and his cestui que account pays his up keep thru the assets created by bonds invested in the bond markets. Those bonds are bundled, then traded, swapped, and sold. Big profits. The Cestui que via trusts were, as I understand it, created as our remedy, yet the policy makers have done everything they can to hide the truth about it from the public. Those who have discovered it, less be the fat cats who have largely known about it all along, and use the remedy themselves, well, lets just say they dont make it very easy for the average Joe to set off his debts. Its reminiscent of some secret ancient knowledge, you have to know a lot about the laws and to navigate their tricky legal system or you are blocked essentially from its use. A veritable default by ignorance of the law, laws that we are all presumed to know according to their legal system, yet were never formally taught.
