It is beyond me why anyone would get a dog and then not buy a doghouse. Isnt there an ordinance or law or something that requires owners to provide shelter? If so, they darn well not enforced because I see it every day and I know many of you do as well. If we see it, Animal Ctrl sees it. And County is a joke. Our tax dollars going to pay ppl who are not doing their jobs! If I had my way, heads would roll tomorrow morning! This is my personal opinion and I did NOT run my rant by the officers before writing this. If yall want be out, just say the word. I am beyond mad and its time our community speaks up! I just had a horrific lightening storm, heavy rain hit my neighborhood for a solid 30 mins. How many dogs do you know tied to a tree with NO safe shelter?? Well let me show you one! Thanks to Pat Price Gandy, Katie White Timothy White for getting out in this storm to provide shelter for this dog and another chained in the same yard.
