It is exercise alone that supports the spirit, and keeps the mind in vigor! Day 3! Still sore but still at it! (A buddy told me that once you stop running you have to start all over and go through the initial soreness each time. I will NEVER stop running again!) I recommend the app 10K for Pink (Cancer Awareness). Its supportive, smooth and coaches. Its more dependable than anyone who says, yeah bro. Ill help you!
