It is fun n foul game played by GHMC . If the citizens has to book a ticket for each and every road damage/pothole , then what the hell the Asst Engineer of that jurisdiction Is doing till a ticket booked by citizens. Here afterwards we are demand GHMC for each and every ticket booked by public, the concerned Engineer has to be punished for the negligence. Another issue is, is it a fun game to close the ticket without solving the issue. As far Ramdevguda road damage is concerned , after dealing the case for six months, GHMC told that road is pertaining to R&B . After pursuing the issue with CNC/R&B , they said that road belongs to GHMC. After moving personally to Ghmc and R&B offices , I requested both the departments to send their EEs to site to decide the jurisdictions. Finally after Two years of perusal it is realized that the damaged portion of road is belonging to GHMC. Mean while many accidents happened at that site. Shramadaan filled pothole repeatedly (six times in two years) . Then on my request CE Mr. Anjaneyulu personally inspected the site along with me since filling potholes will not solve the problem, unless a 50 meter long stretch of road is relaid at this accident prone area. Mean while water leakage also started near that area . Again rounds of perusal started by me between Ghmc and HMWSSB . Finally our CM selected Golkonda for celebrating Independence Day and all the problems got solved around Golkonda and that accident prone area of Ramdevguda. By seeing the abnormal delays to respond ,Shramadaan suggested our MODI Govt. To punish the concerned Engineer for each and every bad road accident and our Central Govt accepted to bring necessary changes in the rules and it will find a place in Police FIR, if any road accident takes place due to bad road and potholes. It is sure that we are going to see pothole free roads in our Cities and Towns of our Nation very soon.
