It is important to set goals in life for many reasons. I was asked to create my list of goals. I want to share it with everyone, please everyone help support me and keep me accountable to my goals. If I have a goal that is diff from yours that is perfectly ok because these are specific to me :) 1. Keep a good attitude regardless of circumstances 2. Do not skip scheduled workouts 3. Do not say I cant 4. Do not be all or nothing 5. Log/track my food 6. Take care of myself 7. Love myself 8. Do not let others dictate my mood or my food! 9. Be an example of a healthy lifestyle 10. Love my neighbor :) What does your list look like? I would love to know and help you with it!
