It is learnt that one Sr Administrative Officer locked one LDC in the room of LDC where the LDC working. Later on Sr. AO disappeared from the office and ran away. The reason reportedly learnt that Sr. AO wanted to check the stationary records of store for over three four months in the matter of issuance of articles but LDC failed to produce it and replied to Sr AO that he was under direct supervision of Head of office and Sr. AO had nothing to do. Administration has fully been burnt. The rules have been fully disrupted and irregularities erupted on the platform of office. On one side, we see the incidence of theft of GOVT. properties and missing of files related to the officials while other side many irregularities have been existing. File related the medical reimbursement in respect of one Gazetted officer consisting of representation which was to be forwarded to highest command of AIR, reported to have been missing in office which untraceable till date in the administration Cell due to which it could not be possible to forward it to the Dte. It is also learnt that administration wing wanted the removal of names of four officers who responsible for the file missing as they dont want to send the names of these officers to the Dte. of AIR . How longer this type of lapse be borne by the officials in this office, is a question mark for Dte. of AIR ? It may be better now, if this office is immediately closed and staffs be shifted to other offices of AIR & Doordarshan as well as a vigilance be conducted in public interest.Files missing, register missing, Vehicles documents missing, Diesel Battery is missing, Lap top missing etc. everything is missing and missing but irregularities are existing. Everything is missing but Govt. funds is not missing as it is to be fully utilized.Missing needs to be traced immediately with the help of vigilance.Earning is Rupee one but expenditure is Rupees 100, is a miracle.
