It is not just the matter of providing free education but quality education and not quantity. My government in line with its manifesto PF and the sixth national development plan (SNDP) is really doing enough to promote tertiary educatiön. Under construction as we are talking we have; 1. 35 new secondary schools have been constructed across zambia thereby reducing the teacher pupil ratio. 2. Government has also upgraded three existing colleges namely Chalimbana, Kwame Nkurumah and copperbelt college into full universities. 3. Three universities are close to completion namely; Palabana university for livestock and fisheries, Paul mushindo university of social sciences and Roberty Kapasa Makasa university of science and technology. Do you still need a microscope to see this great vision?? Ask that guy HH how he is going to provide free education when he cant even manage to make a welfare community school in Mazabuka? Shame!
