It is not working out too well with me trying to publish information on my page at present owing to the fact that my computer has still not been returned from being fixed. Patience is a virtue they say. The best way I have found to do this is on my group page. So if you want to find out what wonderful morsels of health goodies I am posting, I encourage you to go and visit, or join if you like, my group. The information here is so much easier to read.
