It is now official I am now 2 stone lighter than I was 10 weeks ago, I have lost another 2 3/4 lbs this week and a total weight loss of 29 1/4 lbs, I am so, so, very proud of myself, I started this journey with some trepidation and was a bit frightened, but if you had told me 10 weeks ago I would have lost this weight, be going to the gym and signed up for a college course to be a gym instructor I would have told you, you were talking crap, but I have a new found confidence and It is on wards and up wards from here, back on my foodwise course on 6th January 2015, Hope by then I would have lost at least another 3 to 5 lbs, my aim is to lose 3 stone by may well I may do this well before then, the next aim is a challenge we set ourselves on the course today to do a 5k run, so come January I start jogging.
