It is perfectly fine to understand/utilise flexible dieting and still prep healthy wholesome meals ahead of time, or eat clean as often as possible. Eating chicken with broccoli is not a crime. Timing your meals and planning certain foods at certain times is okay. At the same time, fitting chocolate into your diet wont make you fat or a failure. Just take advantage of what you know and use it to better yourself. For me, variety & convenience is key. Sometimes that just means sweet potato instead of rice, or a protein shake instead of chicken.
