It is really quite clear at this point that certain team members rely heavily on MY ability to write a paper. Not that I am all that great, but they are lacking severely. . .how they got into the Masters program is freaking beyond me. Sometimes I think that people get a leg up merely in the hope that they will become proficient, because certain ethnic needs are great and no one else can bridge that gap. While I do not mind at all helping to improve their abilities. . .*#(@$&%!!! I freakin hate lazy @$$es that expect me to do the work for them. Throwing crap at me that I proof read for them to make changes and they tell me that I can make them if I want!
