It is reasonable to protect the child even if there has been any wrongdoing. It is important to remember that even if the case has been tainted by false witness, false testimony along with prejudice towards the plaintiff, the safety of the child must be taken into consideration. Which is why I believe that a class action lawsuit against the Government, would be better, because that would highlight the many, many injustices of the family courts and the courts of protection. There is no doubt, that in this country, there has been a consistent and systemic violation of Human Rights by the family courts and courts of protection. There is a great need for the Government to correct the imbalance within these courts. If not we are heading more and more towards a fascist state, not in terms of Government, but one which is rather run by the diktat of the lesser authorities than one which is governed and overseen by procedural and balanced law. -
