It is so much fun when the light comes on and our patients realize that they were GIFTED by the genetic variation which causes us to double respond chemically to stress. Once they understand that a #panic attack is just their body telling them it needs some things to get and stay calm, and they give it what it needs, they gain control over their #anxiety symptoms and wow, that special stuff shines.
