It is so rare today in our life to hear a composition of beauty. Let alone for the composer to be living and to be compared to the works of Johanna Strauss. Sir Anthony Hopkins is truly an amazing person. He has graced us on the stage, screen, and now with his love for music. Not just any music, but a waltz. The intricacy of the notes playing in your head, and then to compose it to paper. To hear the different elements of the symphony, and to envision all of this. Is a person who is gifted with great talent. Sir Anthony Hopkins waltz transports you to a time in history where the evenings were filled with music. Music! Not Rap, Hip Hop, or anything created electronically, but old school. Thank you Sir Hopkins for transporting me back to my childhood days. Where my mother would take us to the San Francisco Opera House to hear and see the ballet, opera, and the Symphony playing the music of our great composers of the pass. For truly, as time moves forward, your waltz will be played by more and more symphonies worldwide. Congratulations on your masterpiece and we hope to see and hear more.
