It is the goal of the Rush Springs Police Department to be a transparent police department for the citizens of Rush Springs. Our goal is to bring to you the best possible police services. At this time YOUR police department consists of Interim Chief Fred Payne (Central 71) and his K9 Officer Red, Patrol Officer Ryan Ersland (Central 72), Patrol Officer Aaron Mitchell (Central 73), and Patrol Officer Teresa Eubanks (Central 76). We would like to emphasize that this is YOUR police department. We work for YOU. We are here for YOU. We encourage positive feedback as well as negative feedback. We would like to know what we are doing right as well as what we are doing wrong. We would also like to hear suggestions on how to make the streets a safer place for our children to play. We live side by side with all of you. We strive to show you a professional police department. Professionalism is paramount in the working relationship with a police department and its community. Unfortunately this world is such where a police presence in a community is needed. However, the members of this police department do not take for granted the fact that we work FOR you not against you. We welcome any and all tips and/or information dealing with crimes. We need help from you in order to make Rush Springs a safer place. Please, never hesitate to call upon us in a time of need or concern. That is what we are here for. Changes in the way you are able to communicate with us are in the very near future. At this time Interim Chief Payne would like you to have his cell phone number. That number is 580-475-7447. If he is not on duty rest assured he will find an officer to assist you. Please do not hesitate to call this number. Stay tuned to this page for future updates in the way we provide police services.
