It is weird how so much can change in just the space of a year. This time last year I was starting to meet someone who I never would have thought would cheat on me, lie through her back teeth to cover it up, break my heart so many times but I was so naive to take her back, made me think that every little argument we had was my fault then turn everything back round on me and accuse me of cheating, disrespecting her, treating her like crap, never loving her and throwing our relationship away. Splitting up with her was the best thing that could have happened to me as now I am happier than I ever was, I am more confident, I am back to the person I was before I met her and more optimistic on life. Just goes to show that the person who you thought you loved could change in front of your eyes and you were kidding yourself it wasnt true because you loved them. I can safely say that I am better off without you in my life and I am a stronger person because of it. You will never find a person who treated you as good as I did but now Mia is treating me a hell of a lot better than you ever did and I am truly happy with the way how things are going with us. The saying if you dont treat your girlfriend right then someone else will... This is a perfect fit to sum up the past year of a happy relationship.
