It is with extreme regret that I announce that Julia did not win the Ultimate Fall Out Boy contest. Even though Julias video bested the winners by over 400 votes, she was not chosen. We wish our best to the winners and hope that they have a blast at the ultimate fan experience. That said, the most important thing here is that (on behalf of my daughter) we need to offer our most extreme and sincere thanks to everyone who took a moment to vote, promote and share Julias entry. The contest was a fun ride and it was a true joy to watch those votes pile up. You folks are the best and we will never forget it. As far as the disappointment? Yes, it hangs heavy in the air tonight. But I am still proud of Julias perseverance and the wonderful video that she made. Her sadness will fade... and that fade will be expedited by all the love you guys threw her way. One million thanks. And now, lets count down the days until Pete Wentz has to enter a contest in order to meet Julia. I wish him luck. XO
