It is with great excitement to announce that Heidi Nordlund has been authorized by Master Teacher Shar Lee and the Tibetan Cranial Association to teach Tibetan Cranial to beginning apprentices in October at Shambhala Mountain Center in Colorado. It is an honor to carry on such a profound lineage of this rare healing modality that was developed by Tibetan Lamas as part of Tibetan Medicine in the Tibetan monasteries. Tibetan Cranial™ Beginner’s Retreat Training Shambhala Mountain Center, Red Feather Lakes, Colorado Thursday, October 10, 2013 – Tuesday, October 15, 2013 With Heidi Nordlund How to become an Apprentice: PRE-REQUISITES: Prior to this training, the following is required: 1. Interview with Heidi Nordlund to ensure that this apprenticeship is a good fit for you. Please call (303) 678-7657 2. To receive a Tibetan Cranial session from a Tibetan Cranial practitioner. Find a practitioner listed by location at tibetancranial.org/contact.html 3. Set up a meeting to discuss the program and have your pulses checked by Shar Lee and Heidi Nordlund. Call Shar (303) 651-9605 or Heidi (303) 678-7657 to set up an appointment. To become a Tibetan Cranial practitioner, a 4 year program of instruction, study and practice is required. This “Apprenticeship” is similar to that of other fine arts that have been taught and transmitted throughout history. Requirements for Tibetan Cranial Apprenticeship: Attendance at the 5 day retreat trainings 2 times a year. Missing a training will result in suspension of the Tibetan Cranial Apprenticeship. The advanced trainings are taught by Master teacher Shar Lee. Attendance at the 2 day weekend clinics 2 times a year. Missing a training will result in suspension of the Tibetan Cranial Apprenticeship. Completing approximately 108 independent study Tibetan Cranial sessions a year. Practicing on people between trainings and clinics is essential to perfecting the practice. An ongoing spiritual practice. All Tibetan Cranial sessions require a state of Mantra or Prayer. In order to hold this focus for extended periods of time regular practice is necessary. Min. 6 people Max. 10 people (Register early to secure your place in the program) Tuition: $1,495.00 (includes the training, 5 nights dorm lodging and food) Please note that all apprentices must stay in Rigden Hall accommodations Single accommodations available for an extra charge and the total cost will reflect your accommodation choices.
