Kindly note that the job profile is a part time trainers job profile, with MORNING WORKING HOURS The Job description of trainers is as follows: - Training EDUEgypt trainees on the offshoring and outsourcing (O&O) industry related competencies (Language Skills, Business Writing Skills, Customer Service Skills & Soft Skills)• The Job specification is as follows: - Having at least two years of relevant training experience, where the following skills are required: - Near native fluency in English both spoken & written (C1 English Proficiency Level as per the Common European Framework of Reference)• - Minimum of 2 years of Language Training Experience• - Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills• - Ability to effectively utilize MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. - be willing to work in any of the 9 universities EDUEgypt operates in (Ain Shams – Cairo – Helwan – Alexandria – Assuit – Mansoura - Tanta – Benha - Fayoum).• We would prefer If applicants have: - Experience in the O&O industry (Call Centers and Customer Service)• - English Linguistic Academic Background. Kindly note that all applicants should provide: - A valid IELTS Certificate with score of 7 (with no individual component lower than 6.5) OR - A valid TOEFL iBT Certificate with a minimum score of 110 • If you got accepted, you will have a TOT Program. The training is expected to start in February 2015 and to last from four to eight weeks. • Accepted candidates MUST attend the entire TOT Program (7 hrs. /day, 5 days/week).
