It is with great sadness that we tell you that foster pug Kazoo passed away today. Kazoo was a sweet and adorable girl whose one ear was always cocked. We pulled Kazoo from the Washington Humane Society on July 17th after she had a dental and spay. She took a trip down to the Eastern shore to her new foster home where she was loved and cared for like she was a princess. She had kennel cough and was being treated for that. Her foster mom and dad alternated spending time with her so she was never alone while she was quarantined from the other pugs in the house. Today her foster parents decided they were going to adopt Kazoo. Just as her foster mom was on her way home from work to take Kazoo to the vet, Kazoo passed quickly. Her foster dad was home with her and, unfortunately, she was gone before anything could be done. Please keep Kazoo and her foster/forever family in your thoughts as they grieve the loss of such a special angel.
