It is with great sorrow that I share the news of the passing of Helida Bordier founder of H.B. Electronics in 1985 (H.B. Pro Sound and Lighting). Helida P. Bordier was born on April 12, 1940 in San Bernardo, Durango Mexico, to Jesus Pedroza and Maria Bueno. She died on November 28, 2014 in El Paso, Texas at age 74. She is survived by her husband Enrique Alberto Bordier Medina, four children, eight grandchildren, and four siblings. Helida and Enrique were married in Los Angeles California in 1959. Helida moved to El Paso Texas in 1974 with her 4 children, and began working for Star Jewelry in downtown El Paso for the next 10 years. After, which she realized a dream of starting her own business H.B. Electronics, Inc. in 1985 to which she remained President until her passing. She was an active member of the Jehova Witnesses. Her children include Diana (Larry) Watson, Dalila (Rick) Larson, Angelica (Humberto) Ramirez, and E. Alberto (Laura) Bordier, and grandchildren Hugo, Javier, Natali, Stephanie, Alberto, Diego, Garrett and Brooke. Her siblings include Edmundo Pedroza, Refugio (Cuqui) Holguin, Ofelia (Fela) Quinonez and Socorro (Coco) Garduno. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Ismael (Memi) Pedroza, and Francisca (Panchita) Guzman. The family will receive friends and family at a viewing held Monday, December 1, 2014, from 5PM to 8PM at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 N. Zaragoza, El Paso, Texas 79936.
