It is worrisome and demoralizing to note that everything about Polytechnic is being played as second fiddle to the University in this country. Since ASUU began its strike, it has overshadowed that of ASUP and all attention from both govt and the media has shifted to ASUU with little or nothing being said and done about the ASUP strike. Inasmuch as I appreciate the attention given to ASUU so far, I think that the spirit of fairness should prevail. No level of education should be seeing to be more important than the other. These two bodies need equal attention so that well all go back to the classrooms as staying at home is not doing anybody any good. I think this discrimination must stop. May God see us through.
