It is wrong to discuss private marital issues with friends and work associates. There is nothing more shameful that a spouse who can’t keep secrets. Regardless of how hurt you are, your marital problems or your spouse’s mistakes should never become the subject of public discussion. If you really want to vent or tell someone, go into your bedroom, into the closet and cry and empty your heart to God in prayer.
