It just occurred to me that someone liking a status on Facebook is really nothing more than a stamp of approval. If we have enough likes we feel our post (thoughts, opinions, gossip, etc.) are justified because there are others who think like we do. The problem is, if we post bad thinking, the only people who will like, or give their stamp of approval, are the ones who also think and feel negatively. Then, in our minds, those negative thoughts and feelings are justified by people who only know your side of the story by reading a 4-word sentence that doesnt even contain proper grammar. The problem is thats not how God thinks, and it doesnt have His stamp of approval.
