It looks like we have a bill to be presented to update the KRS. Im not satisfied. Its just adding a up to 2 year probation period that says you cant own animals. It also says you may have to forfeit your animal. I dont understand where they think that someone will become animal lovers in 2 years. If you abuse an animal and are convicted, you should revoke your rights to have one for the rest of your life. At least for the felony torture KRS. Why do we need to cross a bridge, but cant step off the ledge?
