It makes for a pretty shocking report. The official findings into claims of bullying at Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill reveal harassment and abuse of staff was widespread. Staff were shouted at, ridiculed, bossed around, branded thick and dopey and generally abused in a culture of bullying at the hospitals. “S**t is shovelled downhill in this organisation” one member of staff told the investigation team.
