It may sound strange but I have waited for sadness. Sorrow, to be precise. I have waited for it longer than I ever had to wait for happiness. In fact, I never had to look for happiness. I have always found it somewhere, everywhere. Thrown away recklessly with the cover of my favorite CD, sewn in an old t-shirt, spread over a slice of bread with cheese or simply hanging along with the DND sign on the doorknob. But sadness, well, thats not easy to find. You have to care and make yourself absolutely vulnerable to all those. Sorrow, my friend, is earned.
