It must be stressed that Museveni’s killing warplanes have now officially been confirmed and are involved, indiscriminately bombing in another sovereign nation, the Republic of South Sudan. This was done to pave way for SPLA soldiers loyal to the President Salva Kiir to retake Bentiu regional capital of Unity State. It is crystal clear that Museveni is now fulfilling his doom prophecy as we can vividly remember what he said during his press conference in Juba. Evidence of this is seen in the report of BBC Andrew Harding, on 12 January 2014 reporting from rural area of Bentiu. This is hard evidence to bring charges against Museveni’s direct hands in the SPLA ethnic cleansing campaign against the Nuer people in South Sudan. In addition, this reveals his direct meddling in the affairs of the SPLM ruling party and the entire affairs of the Republic of South Sudan. Just few days after the unrest in Juba, 15/12/13. The first evidence of Museveni’s involvement was seen by landing of Ugandan military transport plane C30 and the first arrival of 150 Ugandan people defense force [UPDF] in full combat gears. A fact Museveni denied saying the Ugandan army presence in Juba was to protect and give safe exit to Ugandan citizens trapped in Juba and other part of South Sudan. The second combat group that entered south Sudan through Nimule border town where residents in Nimule witnessed the convoy of UPDF entering South Sudan. Again according to Ugandan army spokesperson col Paddy Ankunda said that their main role was to protect the Nimule-Juba highway A43. But the question is who authorized them and from Who should the road be protected apart from using the highway protection as a pretext to justify illegal UPDF involvement in domestic affair of South Sudan. These transactions are crimes Museveni and Kiir have committed, adding to the misery of the massacred that had happened on the nights of 15-17 December 2013 in Juba. Kiir must be able to justify the involvement of foreign forces who are now involved in bombardment of Unity State, which only has an added valued to Kiir’s dictatorial rule which is beneficial to him and his cronies. The parliament of our country did not deliberate any of these state affairs that have paralyzed the nation in August house, unfortunately. There was no request or information passed to the parliament about the entering of UPDF forces into our country. This criminal sort of behavior Kiir has engaged himself in, inviting the unwanted guests by the name of Museveni and his forces must not go unquestioned. It is the Ugandan warplanes that are involved in-discriminating bombardment in which many innocent civilians met their death, properties damaged, livestock lost, NGO premises were wrongly identified as rebel hiding places and bombed. This was obvious from get go, if it was not his, then whose planes could have been rather than Museveni? We all know the government of South Sudan does not own a single warplane apart from transport helicopters. Now with this sort of unlawful business Museveni and Kiir have indulged themselves in, we are left with no option than seeking the support of International Criminal court in The Hague, The Netherlands to set up special tribune to investigate both men for war crimes where more 1000 unarmed civilians were murdered in Juba on the nights between 15-17 December 2013. It has now come to light that for years, the suffering of Acholi people in northern Uganda and including murdering innocent south Sudanese refugees in camps of Acholipii, Mungola, Adidi, Obilakonyo, Miaziji which were blamed on the LRA were in actual fact the doing of Museveni and the UPDF who so far are the untouchables of Uganda. Now in the next coming special tribune for South Sudan, Kiir and Mr Museveni must be indicted for the crimes they committed. There is no doubt Museveni has bloody hands in the Juba unrest and therefore he must be answerable to the crimes he committed on the soil of South Sudan. Today Charles Taylor is in cell for war he was indirectly involved, if Taylor can be indicated by ICC for Serra Leone war, than Museveni rightful title is “the prime suspect for war crime committed againt Nuer people in south Sudan.” With the above stated reasons, I want to say with assurance we now have two criminals whose very objectives since they came to power is to rule by iron fists. They are the worse killers of their people after Sadaam Hussein. The crimes they have committed are the most heinous since Rwanda. Museveni for instance have been committing an act of genocide in Congo DRC, Rwanda, Burundi where his forces are involved in raping women in Somalia in the name of fighting Al Shaba, and now South Sudan. Within Uganda he, Museveni, has paralyzed his opponents, ruling democratically, many times his forces have tortured the likes of Kizza Besigye of Forum for democratic change (FDC). It is worth recalling that this is a man who, in 1986 promised that he came to power never take old paths of old African leaders who came to power before him. But today 30 years since he rose to power, he has become the most fearful, most murderous leader Uganda ever saw, Only second to Idi Amin Dada, perhaps the reason why he holds onto power is he fears that revenge attacks, let’s not forget, this is a man if given a chance, ordinary Ugandans, will take revenge against him to pay back what he robed from them. People within his National Resistant Movement [NRM] party become loyal to him not because they respect & adore him but because they know they will not be spared their dear lives if they dare confront him. This is a man who murdered his own wife, the mother of his elder son and declined to tell the truth until recently when his son learnt that Jennet Museveni is not his biological mother. The two men, son and father resort in shooting at each other until the bodyguards of the president were involved. This is a man who turned against his personal Physician/ Doctor Col. Kizza Besigye, a man from his own village. And this is the man who falsely accused his chief of security and four other generals of treason, one of the accused men have to seek asylum in London for fear of his life. So Museveni to many Ugandans is monster, vampire whose only sister is sitting in the cattle range in Rukungiri district consulting with dark powers, and whose mother knows nothing else other than sitting on the mat consulting with the Lucifer power under dark world. All these intense activities of his family involvement are to maintain the loots and land he grabbed from the Baganda and their Kabaka, especially the sell Mubira forest land to an Indian investor. With eyes as sharp as an eagle for looting and a track record of looting, torture, murder and many crimes against humanity, how can such a man be of help to the cause of South Sudan? Is it not obvious that Museveni is in this war to protect his high stakes and maintain the bundles of money Kiir delivers to him in sacks for the ill advice of keeping both dictators in power that Museveni gives and the provision of home to all the Ugandan criminals that flee the country to reside in South Sudan? Museveni knows the fall of his unschooled friend Kiir will mean the end of his regime too. I cannot accept Kiir and Museveni to sit on my fundamental constitutional rights. That is why I ask you my fellow citizens to join me to call for special tribune hearing in The Hague on the two men. And I can’t accept to be led by killers and dictators who blindly grope in the dark playing with human lives. Finally, I would like to warn my Ugandan peace loving people, like us in south Sudan, Uganda has gone through trying times since its independence from Britain in 1962, to the period of Luwero massacred till the recent dark war launched by Joseph Konya the leader of LRA. Till to date majority of ordinary Ugandans have not experienced true freedom, their daily lives are full of unlawful repressions, extortions, targeted killings and illegal disappearing of opposition members all at their highest peaks. Most parts of Uganda remains underdeveloped, unemployment rates are high, all this while Uganda is sitting on huge oil deposit, yet around 75% of Ugandan remained unemployed despite Uganda been one the best places of education, more than 45% Ugandan are college degree holders or at least have finished high schools, life expectancy is below 50years. To you Uganda people, the last 30 years Museveni has done nothing other than depriving you from your constitutional right, now with the discovery of oil in Lake Albert in Hoima District this man will continue to sit on you to the last of his breath. Not only Museveni has deprived you from your constitutional right but he has placed you my fellow dear friends in harm’s way, I am active member of pro democracy fighter under the leadership of Dr Riek Machar, I feel bad when your president is risking your live and the friendly atmosphere our two countries have ever enjoyed for the last few years, if the wind keeps on changing this will endangered the kind friendship our two countries have ever enjoyed, and Museveni should be blame for any precious lost of Ugandan life in South Sudan I would like to assure you, that your president declined to availed for you the precise number of causalities your men in uniform have taken, we have inflicted great lost on them on Juba-Bor road. Why to sacrifice to die in war you do not know its root cause? This is not Ugandan war but your president has endangered your very own survival by deploying your sons on our soil and we have no choices but to kill them! Maj Andrew Tok Wakon
