It never ceases to amaze me how quickly he has developed into such a smart little boy. Every day its something new, or a new word, or the fact that tonight he held a conversation using full sentences. The kids watch my every move, good and bad. Its never too late to begin showing the right way to live your life. My background is spotty at best, riddled with mistakes and failures all along the way, one thing I refuse to fail on is letting my minions down. Our pasts dont define us, and in the eyes of these little ones, the past was never there for them to see. They think Ive hung the moon and I intend to show them that I did. There are reasons for everything we do, some are noble and of great cause, and some should have never made it past the thought process, but what it all boils down to is a choices we make and roads we travel. We can be the light that brightens every soul we come in contact with or we can lose out on extraordinary chances and remain in the same place we find ourselves day after day. Im not just into making my body fit. Im into life altering decisions that make my mind and my heart fit. Im in to a better life for not only my family, but everyone around me. My hope for you, my facebook friends, is that you can do the same in your life, find a passion and pursue it. Take a chance on life, and most importantly, raise these babies up right, smothered with love and respect.
