It never fails to amaze me when CJs ashes arrive safely. Dear Hallie Today at our lodge, I received CJs ashes. I know you will be so relieved to know that they have arrived safely and survived an african postal system. CJ has already been on quite a journey to get this far to Ndutu. Firstly the envelope would have arrived at our office in Arusha, then it was stowed into a car full of new years eve fresh vegetable supplies and driven 2 hours to our nearest village where it was transferred onto our supply landrover. It then had to drive another 3.5 hours over rough terrain, through a lashing rain storm and over a plain of mud in order to reach the lodge. I would like to wait to scatter Cjs ashes until the new mad rush os over and until I can take the time to do it right. I will let you know when I plan to this for you, so that you can be thinking of us.
