It really bugs me. Some leaders in the personal and professional development world are now on Facebook (Im not going to mention names). And they do NOTHING but continually hammer on their same old tired offer over and over and over again. No value offered. No friendship offered. No effort to build a community. They are missing it SO bad and I really dont think they know how terrible it makes them look. They are literally destroying their once good names. If you are one of my friends in the personal or professional development world and this post strikes a nerve, its not too late to change.
