I first saw a MD (Internist) in 1980, another in 1981, and later in 2011 to diagnose my digestive symptoms. My diet was never questioned or reviewed, so no treatment. My symptoms worsened over time and it wasnt until August, 2012 that a very knowledgeable friend suggested your book to me. Within reading the first few pages I knew you were talking to me! I had nothing to lose, so I immediately withdrew wheat/gluten from my diet and within 5 days my digestion was functioning normally! My skin and nails are healthier too.
