It seems everyone is doing the Facebook new year thanks while they are still sober, so heres mine.... I dont know how to say this but.....Im kind of a big deal... Lol Seriously, got an awesome new job this year, had a downer with the kidneys but back out of it much stronger than Ive ever been. Thanks for everyone that showed love and helped get me through it. Ive been massively inspired by my mum who has taken the knock of getting cancer on the chin, and has punched it right back where it came, and all with emmense dignity. Same with Sam Bailey who has shown me how strong a girl can be dealing with her illness, and done it all with grace and beauty. Big congratulations to my sister and Dave on their engagement, I literally couldnt be happier for them both. Same with Mark and Di, one of the nicest couples Ive known. Big thanks for everyone at Strood Volleyball Club yet again, another year of dramas, laughs, bumps and drinks. Had a really good year at BBMA, met some awesome people there, and made some real good friends. Congratulations again to those of you who have finally got your new home, and Im looking forward to spilling some wine on your new carpet. Thanks to Dad who still is our familys moral compas and rock. Ive been honoured by getting asked to be little Isaacs godfather, which has made me very proud indeed. Also congratulations to lots of my friends that have new additions to their families, I know its been hard for some of you, but youve got through it ok thankfully. I havent tagged anyone, as I didnt want to miss anybody out. However, whilst this year has generally been a pretty good one both personally, and for the country as a whole, its not ended in the best way. My thoughts and best wishes are going out to one of my longest best friends Richard Huntley, and I hope you have a full and speedy recovery mate.
