It seems our family vacation triggered either the 18 month sleep regression or night time separation anxiety in my 20 month old. She now wakes up screams bloody murder, but easily settles if we go to her room and stay with her. She has been sleeping through the night since 6 months. Any tips for getting everyone back to a restful nights sleep? Since returning everything else is the same and she still goes to bed without complaint. Anonymous Mother
